House cusps and lot calculation

Perhaps I'm missing something in the user manual, but if so I cannot find it. Does your software allow for entering a formula for house cusps? For instance, I wish to calculate a lot which is House 9 = House 3 - Venus - that is, the distance from the 3rd House cusp to Venus, added to the cusp of the 9th House cusp.
